Privacy Policy

This policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and your rights. Last updated: April 28, 2026.

1. Who we are

Spain 2030 Tickets (spain2030tickets.com) is an independent, informational website about the FIFA World Cup 2030 in Spain. We are not affiliated with FIFA, RFEF, Match Hospitality, or On Location. We do not sell official match tickets. For data protection questions, use the contact options on our Contact page.

2. What data we collect

  • Server and technical data: When you visit the site, our hosting provider may process IP address, user agent, referrer, and timestamps for security and operations.
  • Contact form: If you submit the contact form, we receive the information you provide (e.g. name, email, message). This is used only to respond to your inquiry.
  • Email newsletter (optional): If you sign up for updates, we collect the email you submit and process it through our email provider for ticket/news announcements only, as described at signup.
  • Analytics (Google Analytics 4): We use GA4 to understand traffic and improve content. GA4 may set first-party cookies (e.g. _ga) to distinguish sessions. We enable IP anonymization and use privacy-oriented configuration where available.
  • Advertising (Google AdSense): If you see ads, Google and its partners may set cookies (including __gads, __gpi) to serve and measure advertising and show personalized ads where permitted. See Google’s advertising policies and your ad choices in section 5.

3. Legal basis (EEA/UK) and “sale” of personal information (U.S.)

If you are in the European Economic Area or the UK, we process personal data on the basis of legitimate interests (operating, securing, and improving the site) and, where required, consent (e.g. non-essential cookies or certain marketing, depending on your region and settings).

In California and other U.S. states with applicable laws, you may have rights to know, correct, and delete information, and to opt out of certain “selling” or “sharing” of data for cross-context behavioral advertising. We do not sell your personal information for money. Where advertising partners use data for interest-based advertising, you may use industry opt-out tools and browser “Do Not Sell/Share” signals as described in Google’s documentation.

4. How long we keep data

Contact and newsletter data are kept only as long as needed to handle your request or send the service you requested, plus a reasonable period for follow-up, unless a longer period is required by law. Analytics data is subject to Google’s retention settings.

5. Your choices: cookies, ads, and opt-out

  • Cookie control: You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings. See our Cookie Policy for more detail.
  • Google ad personalization: Visit Google Ads Settings to manage ad personalization. You can also use DAA or NAI opt-out tools.
  • Analytics: You can install a browser add-on to limit GA or use an ad/cookie blocker that blocks the GA script.

6. Children

The site is not directed at children under 16. We do not knowingly collect children’s data. If you believe a child has provided us information, contact us and we will delete it.

7. Transfers and processors

We use service providers (hosting, email, analytics, advertising) who may process data in the U.S. and other countries. When required, we use appropriate safeguards (e.g. Standard Contractual Clauses) as offered by Google and our vendors.

8. Security

We use industry-standard practices (HTTPS, access limits, and provider security). No method of transmission over the internet is 100% secure.

9. Your rights (EEA/UK/CH and similar)

You may have the right to access, rectify, delete, restrict, or port your data, and to object to certain processing. You may also lodge a complaint with your local supervisory authority. To exercise rights, contact us via Contact with a clear request.

10. Changes

We may update this policy. We will post the new date at the top and, where appropriate, a notice on the site. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated policy.
